In an effort to facilitate the scheduling of travel events on Long Island, to maximize travel agents participation in events and to avoid conflicts with other events, we have published an automated calendar on the web at http://my.calendars.net/travelevents This calendar will show events already scheduled with details on the event. We encourage you to add your upcoming events to the calendar.  We also ask you to talk about it throughout the industry to both agents and fellow suppliers so that it will gain popularity and become better used. There is no password necessary to add an event but, for security purposes, if you need to change or delete an event previously added please contact Lou Fenech at 631-563-3440 or lou@royalholiday.com.
